This PHP/MySQL system supports the full supervision workflow from title approval to final report. Students can upload files or draft inside the browser editor, while the lecturer can review with Microsoft Word comments or publish collaborative browser-based DOCX reviews using ONLYOFFICE-ready integration.
Submission workflow
Students can upload DOCX or PDF files, or compose work using the browser-based rich text editor. Typed entries can still be exported to DOCX for formal review.
Review workflow
The lecturer can either upload a reviewed DOCX with Word comments or open a browser-based collaborative DOCX session with inline comments and tracked changes.
Research monitoring
Supervisor assignment, rubric scoring, plagiarism records, deadline reminders, and review history are stored per submission.
